I was pleased with the amenities, including air conditioning, a fan, and a comfortable bed. it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

during our summer holidays in hanoi, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at the hotel near west lake. from the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided us with helpful tips and recommendations. the clean and comfortable room ensured a restful sleep after our busy days exploring the city. it definitely exceeded our expectations.

Easter at the hotel was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was amazing with a variety of foods to choose from and the room was spacious and cozy! The location was also a plus as it was near major tourist attractions such as parks and museums.
The noise level at night was disturbing. The thin walls didn't provide much privacy from the neighboring rooms.

The value for money at Royal Hotel Near West Lake was excellent. The room was spacious, with a good AC and a spacious shower with strong water pressure. The location was great for exploring, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
More breakfast choices would have made the stay even better.

The hotel was very clean and offered good value for money. The location was convenient and near several places of interest. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked.

the location was conveniently situated near popular landmarks and basic amenities such as banks and convenience stores. the room was tidy and well, maintained, with a spacious bathroom. I enjoyed the personalized breakfast, which was made, to, order and delicious. the elevator worked flawlessly.
The hotel did not provide free bottled water in the room, which was inconvenient.

The breakfast at Royal Hotel Near West Lake was simply outstanding, with a wide variety of Asian delicacies to choose from. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions. The manager went above and beyond, offering us a guided tour and even treating us to a coffee. It was the perfect hotel for our vacation. highly recommended!
